Appliance Return/Refund Policy


Effective 10/6/2022

Bell’s Appliance, Inc (BAI), shall accept an appliance return and issue any refund to customers under the following condition:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee, customer may return unit to BAI for a refund within 14 days of purchase/delivery.
    • If Bell’s Appliance handled delivery/installation.
      • Full refund minus, delivery/installation and re-picking up unit costs
    • If Customer delivered and installed:
      • Full refund once appliance has been returned to BAI
  • **unit must not have existing damage or failures caused to unit by misuse/abuse; neglect; infestation; improper installation by consumer.
  • When a purchased appliance is not functioning properly
    • Customer must allow BAI correction of unit’s failures
      • Bell’s Appliance Service, Inc. has the sole discretion in determining to repair, replace with a unit of equal or lesser value, or reimburse the purchaser up to the full amount of the appliance purchased.
  • BAI does not cover any failures to a unit caused by improper power, improper water supply, product mis-use and abuse, cosmetic damage, or acts of nature.
    • No refund/return shall be accepted
  • If BAI has collected a deposit of 50% or greater for an appliance and the customer decides to not purchase the unit (prior to delivery attempt), BAI will refund the full amount paid towards the appliance.
  • If BAI has collected a deposit of 50% or greater for an appliance and attempts delivery (or has delivered) the unit and customer determines at that time to no longer proceed, BAI will refund the deposit paid minus delivery/installation fees and pick up/removal of delivered appliance.
